Donna Werner we tried. My brother and I hopped out of our car to chase him several blocks. We were exhausted and every time we got close, he’d scamper off. He’s much faster than two middle aged, somewhat out of shape, adults. I’m hoping his owner sees this and knows where to go to call him over, because he wasn’t coming to me when I called and chased. I tried in English and Spanish, but he was not having it
