So this girl turned out to be 13to 15 years old per the vet. She has several health issues and appears like she was neglected/abused for most of her life. Her hair was matted, had eye infection, never was bathed. This girl never knew love, attention or care until now. So we are sure her owner dumped her on the streets recently as a small dog like this can’t last on the streets for too long. She is in good hands now, with her foster mom giving her all the love and care she needs to help be comfortable with all the health issues she has.
