The finder posted on pawboost If you click the link the email and phone number of finder are avalible Looks like dog found near Sepulveda basin (Burbank and LA river) I don’t know where bamboo grows but prob a ton of it Sharing post Maybe reach out to finder for more info And YES many homeless druggies In that area Surprised there hasnt been a fire lately Sad

Irma Valdivia i mentioned on the other post that pictured similar young puppy laying lifeless. I hope there isn't homeless encampment nearby using these puppies to test their drugs and fentanyl on. It is very odd that they're laying their lifeless. Someone should call the police if they're murdering these little puppies
