Tortoiseshell, recently nursed kittens based on still lactating. Couldn’t find any kittens in immediate area

Extremely skinny. She is lactating so she recently had kittens. She came out of the woods while I was working and continued following me around, so I got her out of the heat and fed. Couldn’t find any kittens in immediate area.

Dee Willard the cat i found was wearing a collar at the time i found her. Unfortunately I don’t think this is the same cat based on that info and she had no kink in her tail. I hope you find your baby!!!
