Post flyers everywhere you can because some aren't on social media. Post on Ring and and other lost and found sites for your area. Talk to neighbors and ask them to watch for your beautiful kitty. Shake his snack container gently and call his name softly several times a day. Leave your garage door up slightly so he can get in for safety. With a flashlight check under bushes, porches, cars, decks, sheds, up in trees, on roofs, and anywhere he could fit to hide. When he comes home make sure he get neutered, microchipped, and has an inside safe place Sending prayers for your precious beautiful kitty to come home soon 🙏

What to do if you lose your Cat 1. Search all places inside and around your house as cats can hide in small places. 2. Shake their treat bag and softly call their name. 3. Search at dusk and dawn with a flashlight as the light will pick up their eyes. Outside they tend to hide under shrubs, under porches, in open sheds & drainage ditches. You can shake their treats while looking outside too. 4. Put something with your scent on it outdoors, on a porch or deck or in your garage with the door cracked. Sometimes the scent brings them home. You can also put their litter box outside but depending on where you live, it could bring out predators. 5. Post on nextdoor & the Ring Neighbor app. 6. Post on pawboost. You can download a free flyer here. 7. Post on FB Lost & Found Groups 8. Make a lost pet report to all the local shelters especially in areas that have close boundaries. 9. Post on PetFBI site and use .org as the ending. 10. If chipped, report to chip company but don’t forget to change status when your cat is found. 11. Ask your neighbors to check their garages and sheds. Your cat may be coming around at night.
