Black & brown German shepherd

I believe he's a German shepherd but not 100% sure. He's black with brown feet & spots on face. He's very well behaved. His teeth are clean & coat is groomed. So he's definitely missing from home. He was so hot he was having a hard time breathing so my sister stopped & he jumped in her car. We have him now so he can cool down & feel better. He's very sweet. I really hope we can get gim to his people as he's pretty nervous as well.
