Description

Striking blue eyes. No color as her cat sister pulls it off. She has a blackish tail and she is greyish I'm losing hope and I love her so much. We miss her. If someone has her please let her come .

Message from Owner

She is chipped. We just moved to this hse so she doesn't know the area. We fear she jumped off the balcony. We can't figure out any other way she got out.

General Information: Hang clothes with your scent on it high up outside so the familiar scent can travel and guide the cat back home. Ask your neighbors to check their yard/could be accidently stuck in their garage or shed. (If applicable) Check doorbell or home camera - or ask neighbors to check their camera. Post Fliers with a picture of the cat and your contact information in the area the cat went missing. Not everyone is on Social Media and posters have worked in that if spotted a location can be provided. If a cat is scared they make themselves safe by finding a good hiding spot and often times hide in silence. Look in bushes - bring a flashlight and look for shining eyes. Best time to find your cat is in the early morning hours when the noise level is low and they feel safe. Leave an access point open for the cat to return. This is important if they do come back in the middle of the night. Prayers your cat returns/ or is found safely.

Get out calling kitty's name especially early and late when it's quiet. Search high and low with a flashlight. Put up posters with number large enough to be seen while driving. And post on nextdoorcom

‼️‼️‼️ As in an unfamiliar place, really need to create a scent station - unwashed items with the owner’s and/or the pet’s smell on them. Clothing, towels, cat tower (if applicable), bedding, toys, whatever. Place where last saw pet. Pet usually returns to site where went missing when it is quiet out (ie. late night, early morning). As scared the dog/cat may find a place to hunker down for awhile before comes out to look for food and water.

Create a scent station (items with your/cat’s smell - unwashed bedding, clothing, cat tower, etc. Do NOT put out litter pan as feces often used to mark territory and may inadvertently attract predators or territorial cats.). Check it often, especially when things are quiet (late evening/early morning). Leave the garage door open 5” overnight. Check nearby Ring/security cameras in the area. Check in and under everything inside and outside with a flashlight. Cats don’t usually go far and freeze in a tight ball in very small, tight, dark areas when scared. The flashlight catches their eyes’ stare, especially at night. Thoroughly check inside your home, especially if this is a new/shy/scared pet. Post on NextDoor app as it covers your local neighborhoods. Be sure to check your local animal shelter in person at least every other day (can’t stress enough - in person!!! You know your pet best plus animals constantly brought in). If your cat is not spayed/neutered, may be why it is “lost” and traveling further. Hope your pet is home safe and soon. (Note: if anyone asks for money or a code as “they have your pet,” this is a scam). https://www.pawboost.com/blog/7-effective-search-tips-for-finding-your-lost-cat/ https://petfbi.org/i-lost-a-cat/tips-to-lure-a-cat-back-home-2/

Check the old home, drive the route you drove to your new house. Cats often return to their previous home after moving to a new home. You got to keep them prisoner after moving for at least a month so they know the new place is home. Good luck. Beautiful kitty, I hope you find her.
