Thank you, kind human, for keeping this sweet dog safe and contained! 🤗 Very well could be someone’s beloved pup; they may be unaware their pup is out ! (So many pets are hit and ed before they're able to be safely returned home. 😔) 🐾 Any vet’s office will scan for microchip for free. 🐾 Not everyone is looking for their lost pets online, so it’s important to TALK to neighbors in the area. 🐾Check pawboost for LOST pets. 🐾Contact shelter with description and location: may be first place family is looking. 🐾Posting "found dog" on a simple cardboard, along with your phone number, posted close can be extremely helpful. Have any caller identify dog FIRST (specific markings, photos, vet records) Though most people are good, some will claim free pets for dog fighting bait 🤬or other unkind reasons. 🥹💖THANK YOU for caring enough to Act and help make our community a safe and caring place for everyone, especially these vulnerable animals, who rely on humans for their care 💗

Thank you for keeping this dog safe until the owner sees this. Make them prove ownership. I hope you have a fenced in yard or somewhere inside for him so he is off the leash. Make owner prove ownership.

Not mange. That starts around the face. I’d bet poor nutrition or skin allergies. So cute. Let us know how we can help.

Lee Mortensen looking closely at the picture, he might have early stage mange(i think what's called) because even on the inside of his other leg and paws, the skin looks inflamed. Hope he wasn't dumped because of that but it's possible owners didn't know what it is and couldn't afford vet care.
