The emergency vet, petco or petsmart if there is a vet clinic inside can scan for a microchip for free and no appointment needed. Put a post on the neighborhood Nextdoor maybe someone will recognize it and know who the owner is. Put some found dog signs in the area. Please don't take to the shelter it could be euthanized after the 3 day hold if not claimed by owner. Make sure the person claiming the dog has proof of ownership. Hope the owner is found soon 🙏

Please don't take to the pound or shelter they are over full putting dogs down daily, I'm sure someone is looking for him. Try putting a couple flyers up in area
