Oh my goodness that’s morris! I live in that area and used to feed him! He stays at a house the street behind me which is apple st! They said that they feed him! I seen him this morning and gave him some food! He’s like 11 or 12 years old! He’s really people friendly but idk if he’ll let you pick him up or not!

I could raise donations for vet care if that's helpful. Do you have pictures of the other friendly cats on the premises? Maybe we could work on finding rescue placement for them.

Put some wet food with 1/8 teaspoon of lysine twice a week to help with the eye issue if you cannot contain him/her.
