Owner may just be out of town for the holiday weekend -- Any vet clinic or shelter can scan for a MICROCHIP for free 🙂 -- so yes, take to shelter so they can scan it and look for the owner, instead of rehoming it before owner has a chance to find their dog. Thanks!
