I went door to door showing everyone my pics on my phone of my missing dog and giving everyone my phone #. Took a while but did get her back. Also I learned from my neighbor whose dog had been missing for almost a month that someone apparently had picked the dog up and driven it like 90 miles away all the way over on the other far northeast corner of Dallas and dumped it at a shelter!!! They spent weeks calling every single shelter within a hundred mile radius looking for their dog and the shelter said there are very sick people that pick up dogs and drive them very far away and leave them, just to be mean!!! So you could make a list and start calling all the shelters everywhere and keep notes on the date and time that you've called them... Lastly, make sure you put your missing dog on Nextdoor.com because not everyone has Facebook. Hope this helps! 🙏
