Is this your cat? I feed a small colony and this guy (I call him "Dip" cause he looks like he's been "dipped" in white!), he has been an on-again, off-again semiregular at my feeding station. He has appeared at times with a collar. Is he yours? Do you miss him? sometimes he seems very hungry, like he hasn't been home in a while.
