with all the lost dogs all over the place every single day tens and twenties of them every single day there needs to be an agency out there they can really go out and find your dogs and put every bit of effort into it..there is a lot of people in this planet that will fund something like this because I know a lot of people that when they plan to die they're giving their whole entire Heritage to the Humane Society and that's not the place to give it to it's the shelters the Humane Society s the shelters are ones that keep the animals help them get better so they can be rehomed..but there's funding out there for the animals because there's a whole bunch of people that truly care about them...but not the ones throwing them on the streets like they mean nothing to them them people are demon infested
