Try Going out late at night ie midnight and again early am ie 5 or 6 am with their smelly food and treats. Shake treat bag and call out their name. Take a flashlight and check under porches and bushes. Also if you can leave a basement window and garage door open so they can get in. Do for multiple days if needed. Good luck. Kitties don’t usually go far from home

I'll share this post to local Cicero and Berwyn groups. Report Luna missing to Cicero non emergency 708-652-2130 and Waggin' Tails Animal Shelter/Cicero Animal Control 1800 Laramie. Cats generally don't travel far and may be hiding in a neighboring garage or backyard. Place something outside with a familiar scent on it.
