Hes probably scared and doesn't come to just anyone . Bribe him with food or treat .his owner past away and he is attached to the daughter who cherishes him . Her sister had to dog sit and he ran away from her ..if possible contact immediately and Annie will come and he will come to her. Annie is owners name.

Put up large neon signs up around a mile of here. Ask if you can look at cameras in front of the area. Let the humane society know too
