Cats usually do not go far from home. He is probably very scared and hiding nearby. Tell your neighbors. Look everywhere in garages sheds bushes and under porches. Go out at night with a flashlight it helps to see his eyes. Shake a bag of treats and gently call his name. SCENT is very important to cats. Put out an item with his scent on it and put out a piece of clothing with your scent on it (or your son’s). Good luck and sending prayers he is back home soon
