I found this dog out in the rain during a thunderstorm in front of the kimberly-clark plant in Paris, TX. I have him safe and dry for now, if no one responds in the next three days I'll be taking him to a nearby animal shelter. Contact me for details

Were there houses nearby, such as behind the store where he was found? I’d knock on doors leading the dog with me or carry flyers to attach to doorknobs with rubber bands. I doubt the dog wandered far on its own. It would be horrible to think he was dumped in the rain. Someone must have cared for this dog. Wearing a bandana and flea collar tells you they cared. It appears to have been groomed recently too.

Thank you for taking him/her to safety. Please have him/her scan for chip free service at any pet store or veterinary clinic. If someone claims get proof of ownership too many people doing harm nowadays. Thank you for posting and for keeping safe. If not able to provide shelter until owner is found PLEASE take to a NO SHELTER OR RESCUE ORGANIZATION. Thank you for posting. Please post on the following pages.
