Christy Frear a neighbor spotted him 3 days ago near our house. I was 20 min away and couldn’t get there in time. Around dusk, I plan to pop a can of smelly food around the area he was last spotted 🙏🏽

If you have a shed or garage or enclosed porch, prop open the door overnight and put unwashed laundry inside. He may go in overnight. Don't put food in there because it may attract other critters. Leave a window or door open to your home after dark. He may come in. Please borrow a trap from your local shelter and set it up ASAP. Sending prayers.🙏

Crack your doors at dusk and leave tuna fish or favorite canned food near the cracked door. Keep house SILENT! The cat will return if alive. Also set a cat trap.

Suggestions: Have you tried putting out a can of stinky cat food? I’ve heard putting out their litter box can help them find their scent. Catnip? Ask neighbors to check garages/sheds she could be in. Any nearby sewers? Local cat colonies? You can post on Nextdoor and PawBoost. com. A baby monitor and/or a ring cam may help. Check out NRV Drone Tracking(?). My friend found his lost cat stick up in a tree recently. Prayers and fliers worked for me. Good luck! 🙏🏻 EDIT: Another person has cautioned against leaving out food and/or dirty litter bc it could attract other animals, so do what you feel is best.
