To everyone Gary has been found thanks so much for ur concern helpful advice, and suggestions and mostly for prayers! he was on, same street but acRoss 377. I live in 7700 block and he spent night with winderful kind family on 7300 block . Thank God I got him back. I will say this one thing... I learned long time ago social media is excellent at getti g word out but having a folder ready of pre-made flyers w dog picture ,ur phone number , and the word reward on it some where and nothing else is an absolute needed action to ensure ur lost fur babies get hime. It is the main . reason I have always found any animal looking for. .social media can blast to alot of people close and far away but the ones u need to know ur dog is lost are the ones who need to see it again and again till the crisis is over. Not all ur neighbors are into social media and even if they are ,probably only once or twice a weeek ,not a day. I always encourage everyone I know with a pet to keep I folder with 50 flyers min. In file cabinet with all bag holding stapler staples, tumb tags, amd tape . The minute u know ur dog is lost . Do a quick fb or nextodoor post and then grab ut true fire power at getting pet home ......ur file and blanket ur neighborhood with those flyers. I have always gotten them back within 24 hrs ( knock on wood but seriously get their picture out fast & throughly so ur neighbors see it again and again and u will pet back. Quick response and throughness are key. I loved all the suggestions about sign and trail scent home for longer searches. I will remember this. . . Thanks be to God! And thank u for comments. I did learn great extras to do should a search last longer. Oh and plz if u follow this advice plz also follow be responsibility and take the flyers down w/ in 24 hours after pet is.f9und. God bless and thanks again.

Jacqueline Marie Go door to door in and around your neighborhood to see if anyone has seen your dog or has a security camera that may have footage of your dog, Put an unwashrd article of your clothing on your property set up a feeding staton using smelly foods.. If you have liquid smoke or worcestershire sauce you can make a scent trail from your property to help lead your dog back home. Do you have security cameras? If so place the food within the camera's line of vision Post on Nextdoor, Ring Notify the police and shelters Notify the Microchip Company if Chipped Put flyers up in your neighborhood and up to 5 miles in either direction from where the dog was missing from.
