Black and white tuxedo kitty
Message from Finder
On our way last night, we came across a deceased kitty laying across the middle of the street. We stopped with our blinkers on so no one else would hit the kitty and called it in. We were told the peninsula humane society would come to collect, but that it could be hours from then. I asked if they will check for a microchip in case the kitty belongs to a neighbor, so they can have closure on the loss of their pet, and the dispatcher said she thinks they will. A contractor working on a hse in the neighborhood was able to assist to move the deceased kitty from the road over to the side on a patch of grass. From the markings, I recognize this kitty from past sightings in our neighborhood. The photo I’ve attached to the notice is from December 2025, but I believe it to be the same kitty based on the fur pattern. I do have a picture of the kitty from last night in case it can assist someone with a positive ID, but I’m not sharing in this public post for obvious reasons.
