It is definitely not that dog. That dog looks like an older curly haired poodle mix. This dog has very soft straight hair and is a puppy.

I have been calling around to shelters. I do not have the Next Door app. But I will try to do that.

He is not blind. He is a puppy. Definitely can see.

That was the first thing I did was check to see if he was micro chipped. He does have a microchip, but it was never enrolled to anyone.
