Black and Tan possible German Shepard/Malinois mix. She had hand prints of blue paint on her as well.

Message from Finder

Found her this morning in the Val Pittman elementary school neighborhood. Animal hosp left message with owner on the microchip. She had blue paint on her like a child had left some hand prints on her. We can’t keep her long - please let us know if she is yours.

Yasmin Benites Rainbow Animal Hospital, 244 S Rainbow Blvd, has the finder's number. I'd go there and have them call. Maybe ask if they know how to get paint out of the pups fur. We figured it was kids handprints and refraint from reporting to APS.
