My aunt just came in from Florida and her cat ran off. She is missing from the Speedwell area near Judy’s poodles. Her name is Sadie and she’s wearing a pink collar with contact information on it. Please let us know if you see her. She is 10 years old or more. My aunt is crying and worried sick. Please help us find her.

I think what you're saying is your aunt was visiting you and maybe the cat isn't familiar with the area? I'll share tips and they may not seem to apply in this situation but many of them will. Although she may not know your home if she's visiting, your aunt can put something with the cats scent, or her own scent, out on your patio. Search at night with a flashlight (eyes will glow) up in trees and inside and under things on your property and up to three or four houses away. Cats normally stay pretty close to home. You can put something with the smell of the cat, or the scent of home, out on the porch. Put up missing cat posters, check with your neighbors, post on all local social media groups, and check with animal control every week. Leave your garage door up enough to allow the cat entry. You can also try searching early morning, before dawn, calling his/her name and carrying and open can of tuna or cat food. Hunger sometimes lures them out of hiding. Don't forget to check places like crawl spaces, garages, and sheds.
