They may be Himalayan cats also. They do look like they may be recent escapes or dumps or someone's pet from the neighborhood.

My husband & I went over this morning & found one of the cats behind Kohl’s that’s close to InNOut. The cat jumped the wall behind Kohl’s & we found there was a neighborhood back there. It looks like the cats are coming over from that neighborhood. We left some food there but was unable to get close to the cat. The cat looked healthy & well fed.
