Message from Finder
Cat spotted at the elementary school on Fallon’s (near the church). Looks like a Tortoises. Had a pink collar on with a bell and tiaras/crowns on it. Super friendly and wanted to be pet but scurried off so I could not secure. I gave the kitty a treat but it wasn’t interested in the food. It was very late at night sorry for the bad picture.
