Looking at his eyes, he appears to be a little bit older. he appeared under my stairs in my backyard on the night of July 4. He will not come to me at all.

This pet definitely has an owner. He is very healthy and has recently got his nails cut. I have provided a dog bed and he receives freshwater in food multiple times a day. He is very scared of people, but I can tell that he is very sweet natured.
