Black cat with collar and harness attached - spotted at night so apologies for the bad camera quality

Sorry for the awful camera quality - it is dark and hard to see but I saw a young looking black cat trying to hide in the bushes around Oakwood Villas. The cat appeared scared and not used to being outside, and was wearing a collar and harness which leads me to believe it may have slipped away unintentionally. It was lurking around the office building and pool area last I saw.
