Put signs in front of your house. People find dogs and drive around not knowing who they belong to. Offer reward money moves people. Drive around with squeaky toy dogs know sound of our cars.
Check under bushes and small hiding places. Check nearby waterways. Check neighbors cameras look at different angles across the street down the street to see which direction dog went or if someone picked up
Edit post to show more information. What city? What community? What are the closest cross streets? What breed? When lost? Put all that information on top. It makes it searchable.
If chipped. Contact chip company and make sure they have most updated information.
Check shelters in person. Don’t go by website- they get the breed and wrong all the time.
Fill out a lost dog form at shelter - or you can fill out form online. Do this right away. That way when dog is found they contact you.Read More
