Thank you for this. I'm actually super suspicious of my nextdoor neighbor at this point... He has a few cats of his own, but he basically never leaves the house. I rang his doorbell this morning and he didn't answer. I went back about 3 hours later and he had removed his doorbell entirely. I knocked and he still didn't answer. Not sure what to do at this point. We're talking about a span of 10 mins that the cat had got out and he's just nowhere to be found...
