Description
Orange tabby cat. Small but can't tell it's age. He looks very rough with cuts and scabs all over. Looks like his face is swollen too. I already have too many cats and they won't let him come inside although he wants to. I've fed him outside the past two nights.

I wish I could help him more. If I see him during the day I will try to get him into a carrier to check for a chip. So far I've only seen him very late at night. Please call if you think he could be yours.
