Description

BL&WH FEMALE CAT- MISSING EYE RED COLLAR

Message from Owner

Little miss Eyeless (aka Eilish) or little miss nosey lol She’s 2 years old. Spayed & vaccinated. Black & white, thinner coat, but shiny and soft. She’s missing her right eye, her left ear is clipped, she’s got a spay tattoo on her stomach, she’s very small in build, at times vocal, she cuddles, but is very protective and can be aggressive towards other animals/people. She has a special diet due to kidney problems and needs extra fluids. It’s important we get her in a timely manner for her safety and well being! Please I am begging anyone with information to please contact me. If you’ve seen her, hear a random cat, saw her on a camera, anything, anything at all! I don’t care what time it is- CALL CALL CALL PLEASE!

Meghan Fern thank you for moving the poor kitty out of the road! Hopefully it wasn’t my baby as we’re not in that area but I appreciate you letting me know!

Saw a cat similar to this. On side of road. Chancey and Morris Bridge right before chetser taylor. Moved it out of the road but didn't check to see if it had one eye.

Still missing! My heart is just so broken. Please Eyeless, please please just come home. I wake up every morning and you're not there staring at me with your one eye squinted and hair all frazzled from the blanket. I walk in the kitchen and you're not balancing on the back of the chair you're not even supposed to be on lol, literally pulling at me with your paws, meowing for my attention, and pulling me in closer to you, you're just not here and we're all feeling the weight of that. I love you so much. You are so good to me and I hope you know you're loved and missed and oh so wanted because if you don't I failed and I'm so sorry.

Update: We have our cameras set to record 24/7 now (not just when they think there is motion because she’s so small she doesn’t always set it off). We’ve printed out 4x6 photos, with 6 mini pictures of her on each, written my number and her name on the back and have been handing them out to the surrounding neighborhood starting closest and working our way out of the radius. We’ve gotten posters up around our neighbourhood but we’re working on making more to set up further out from our house. We have traps out that we’re moving every night given there’s nothing on the cameras from the previous nights location. Cut up a comforter into tiny squares and have been making “pathways” leading back to our home by using a golf tee to hold down the tiny piece with our scent all over it. They’re located out of the way of traffic and obvious dangers. Have left out food/water on each side of our home for her. Have been walking around during the day handing out the photos of her and speaking to everyone around our radius. Keeping record of who I haven’t spoken too yet so I can stop by after 5/6 in hopes of catching them after work. We’ve been searching for her at night as well. Which thankfully since she only has one eye that’s been a lot easier to search for knowing if I see two eyes staring back at me it’s obviously not her. As well as seeing cats on my camera, I can easily rule out if it’s her or not. I come in. I’m currently making index cards with a tiny photo of her glued onto it that we intend to put on the windshield with my information, her information and the situation. These photos will have a QR code with a website all about her, her story, my contact information, her vet info, updates on the search, and a way to automatically update me that you’ve found her or that you’re keeping an eye out for her in your area in the event you are comfortable sharing what general location if you’re in, if not that’s completely understandable and acceptable. I’m just trying to build a system based on where we searched where we should and where are the community outreach and assistance efforts are being made in order to figure out where I need to get boots on the ground and more assistance in searching. It’s going to notify whoever has scanned the QR code if they are in an area where someone has possibly spotted her and when that event took place. if anyone happens to know any business owners or popular social media content creators who may be willing to share our posts or the video I’m making regarding the search for her, it would mean the world to me. I am making sure we got boots on the ground by getting the word out would make such a difference I believe. Thank you all so so so so so so much for all the well wishes and great advice! Our community is really rallying behind me to bring my baby girl home and it’s not going unnoticed! Thank you all so much!
