Fluffy Tabby with white chest

This cat was found just before 4th of July - skinny, scared, and starving. She is shy but very friendly and very trusting she ran right to us when we spotted her so she has clearly been very loved. We are hoping to find her family, because although the vet discovered that she was chipped multiple calls to the number listed over a few days went unanswered and there was no way to leave a voicemail, so we think that perhaps contact information changed - if this is your baby please tell us the collar she was wearing when we found her
