Lisa Verdugo please don’t victim blame. My chi was a runner when he was young. He got out when I opened the door to answer it. Thankfully we caught him, but it took three people and 45 minutes of running through the neighborhood before we could finally trap him. We don’t know how this lol guy got out so judge not.
