Hi neighbors Our black cat, Oliver, has not returned home for over week. It’s been common for him to not come home a night or two but this is the longest so far. We are very worried about him! He does manage to get his collar off so he may be running around without one! He is very petite, shiny black all over and bright green/yellow eyes! We live on Vallejo st. Please let me know if you have seen him around! Thank you 🙏🏼
