She has white around her neck yes that make her eyes pop out and has a white undercoating. She also has a grey “necklace” that’s apart of her fur.

Message from Owner

Please help us find Ash, she found us a few days ago by showing up on our back yard and now we need to find her. Any tips can help !!

If this cat is normally an indoor cat, it’s most likely within a 6 to 8 house radius hiding somewhere because it’s scared. Your best bet may be to go outside at night with a flashlight and look for glowing eyes. Also monitor your cameras and set a ring. Notification alert through the Ring app as well to notify the neighbors that are closest to you. You don’t have to have ring cameras to use that function. You may also want to leave some food and water nearby and monitor the area to see if it shows back up.
