She appears to have been out there for some time and is now safe and being cared for. Mandi Prather-Black no, unfortunately. I had a bad feeling that someone abandoned her out there. And from her behavior she was probably abused. I'm not able to keep her much longer so we are looking to rehome her.

Grace Beloved I wouldn’t think so on her own. If she was picked up, transported and lost again maybe. She had just had surgery to repair her leg/hip. There should be a scar visible if it’s her.
