Rent or borrow a humane trap. The SPCA and other animal shelters rent them out for $100. When you return the trap you get your $100 back. Place the trap near where the cat escaped. Put some of the cat's favorite food and treats inside of the trap along with an article of your clothing with your scent on it. This method worked for me on two different occasions. If you trap the wrong cat or some other animal, put a blanket over the trap leaving the door exposed. Stand behind the trap and release the animal. Reset the trap. Time is of the essence so do this asap. Good luck and God bless.

Try lostmykitty.com they have a service that sends out a lost pet alert to the phones in your area with a description and your phone number asking people to check their bats, garages and sheds. There is a fee, but that’s how I found my cat. If you can print out flyers, give them to the animal shelters and the veterinarian’s offices. Also give some to your mail carriers and your neighbors and put them on their porches as well as on telephone poles. If there are businesses nearby, ask if you can put a flyer in their window. 💔🙏

Bore a humane trap from your Vet or local animal shelter or rescue. Set the trap close to where cat got out. Put smelly food in the trap along with a worn Tshirt of yours for scent. Cover trap with a towel or cat’s blanket.

Finding missing cats is about 2 things: food and cameras. If you have a camera on your house, put a dish of a fish flavor canned food out around 8pm and keep a bowl of dry cat food out there 24/7. Check your cameras every morning to see if she came to eat. Cats come out in the middle of the night when we are asleep. If your home doesn’t have a camera, get a cellular trail cam from Walmart. Point it at the dish of food. When the cam senses motion by the food dish, it’ll send a pic to your cell phone. I’m sure she hasn’t gone too far. If you see her on camera at night, watch for her around the same time the next night, & if you see her, quietly open the door and see if she’ll come in or if she’ll let you pick her up and bring her in. If not, put a humane trap there the next night same time. Make fliers and give to all immediate surrounding neighbors. Put 1 the local grocery store. The more people you have watching out for her the better. Just keep putting food out at night and checking cameras. Shouldnt take to long for her to show up for food. Praying you find her 🙏🙏
