Seen: Black and white shorthair cat

Hello, I used a similar web photo because it is dark and this cat is hiding under a car. It does have a tuxedo pattern with at least a few white paws. This cat seems to be healthy and a good weight, might not be lost but I have never seen it before so I thought I would post. Looks full grown.
