Lost cats Search for him using a flashlight. He will be frightened and will hid. He also might not respond to your calling him. A flashlight will reflect in his eyes, allowing you to see him in dark spaces. Use it day and night.

Helpful Tips To Bring Your Cat Home. 🐱🐱🐱 Cats are usually found within a couple of blocks from home! (Or wherever they were lost) •Put some of your unwashed laundry outside your door. •Look around your yard. Bushes, trees, under porches, sheds, garages. •Alert your neighbors! Have them look around their yard, same places as above. •SOCIAL MEDIA. Facebook- Lost &Found Pets groups (in your area/county). Pawboost .com- create a missing pet report. •Print off flyers and post them around your neighborhood. •Search at night, between 3am- 6am. Its the most quiet/calm part of the day. Use a flashlight to see their eyes. •Use your voice in the tone you normally talk to your cat when you are searching. ☆Borrow a trap from your local humane society or rescue. ☆Make sure your cats microchip is registered and updated! There are multiple registries. ☆Check your local County Humane Society daily for stray/lost cats found. **Only in Milwaukee County all found cats must go to MADACC. Hefty list of found cats updated daily. •Most important, Don't give up! You need to help them find their way home!! ❤

Put a box on your porch with something with your scent like a blanket or some towels, a bowl of water and a catnip toy. Go out and call your cat right now it’s 11:39 AM also in the afternoon in the evening and overnight until your cat comes back, they don’t go far they hide they’re scared. Let your neighbors know give them a description or picture. Also the Police Department and the rescues and shelters in your area make flyers up hand them out to stores in your area. Put them on poles on the street and don’t stop calling your cat till your baby comes home. Good luck. 💖

I've been through this before. I've literally had to crawl into crawl spaces under my building and get one of mine. Once he was looking at me through bushes. A flashlight has helped catch his shadow and eye reflections. Quiet times are the best times to look. They can be disoriented and will not come to you even if you call them by name. So take a favorite noisy toy or treats to shake.
