Only a safe, secured, indoor spot is safe for her and those kittens. Anything can get in and those babies while mama is out trying to find food to eat. She came to you for help. She needs food, kitten food, for added protein, so that she can produce enough milk to feed her babies. And they will all need a rescue ASAP so that they can s/n so no more babies will come from them!

We have found the kittens! She's being a really good mama to them and has them in a safe place.

Oh my, I hope she is able to track this kitty to see where the kittens are. This kitty will need extra food to help with her milk supply. Also, this kitty can get pregnant right now.
