I cannot be certain, however, I was at Flannery Animal Hospital today around 12:30 pm and saw a dog that looked extremely similar get dropped off by a Newburgh police officer. The dog that got dropped off was a male, still intact. If it could be Pluto, I’d call Flannery or Newburgh Police. Praying you find Pluto 🙏🏻🙏🏻
