My husband brought River home and told me all about your sweet mother and their conversation! I would love to surprise your mom with flowers today- does she have a favorite flower or color? Also, we would love to invite your mom to stop by and see River anytime she wants. It seems like they both enjoyed their time together.

River was just what my mom needed last night. She recently lost her beloved Pomeranian Lulu and her 19 year old cat as well. She’s been really down. So when River showed up last night, it really boosted her spirits. She was so happy that her owners were found too.

Dina Hill tell her to call and let the police know that she has River. They may have the owners contact info or they can scan River and possibly get owners info that way!
