Also, Jeeves is chipped, as I assume many cats are these days. If you end up taking this cat to a vet they can check that, and I don't think they would charge you.

I found a cat in my yard in Bristol, very thin...looks like yours, even answered to Jeeves, very talkative cat, could it be yours??
