She is wearing a full harness. She is very friendly. I got her scanned at the Humane society and she has a chip but there is no contact info. Took her to Athens Animal control. She is being held as a stray. If you know this dog please email me!!! This dog is clean, well fed, harnessed, and her nails are painted. She is someone’s fur baby!
