Description

Cat with clipped ear (sign of neutered/spayed). Sweet and wanted affection but did scratch me at one point. I gave him some tilapia. It has a stitch on its booty so I want to say he is male. White front paws and racoon print tail.

I took several pictures but he kept moving and wanted attention and pets. I have two cats of my own and since I do not know if he has shots, I didn't want to risk taking him in.

Due to financial hardship some people TNR their personal cats as its cheaper. You can still scan for microchip at any vet office for free. You can also order a microchip from Amazon for about $35. Any vet office can scan and find owner info

Is there a managed colony at this Waffle House? Usually the staff know what is going on with the cats. Maybe he was dumped there.
