Fereshta Siddiqui cuz the dog ran away into the street and then ran off. It was multiple families who were trying to help the dog.

Quick edit! Dog was seen around Rupert & 43rd (not Kerr - sorry!) was heading north towards 41st. Has been reported to 311 and posted on multiple groups. Thank you!
