The owners were found. I called the police when he was found this morning at 11 am and reported the dog found and posted this same post on several websites. Just now at 4pm the owner was found looking for the dog. We informed them we had it and they called the cops and said I stole their dog. This morning, I was walking when the owner came running trying to catch his dog. I helped him and both of us tried to catch the dog together. The dog was almost run over by a car too. The owner walked off and said he didn't have time and had places to go and left his dog behind. I stayed and took the time catch his dog and after catching him I walked around with his dog to find the owner. These people were very rude and ungrateful. Accused us of stealing their dog. They didn't even stay to hear my side they just walked off leaving me with the police officer to explain everything
