2 month old tortie

Message from Owner

Looking for our missing two month old tortie. She may have climbed into my car without my knowledge before leaving for work and could be anywhere from Steele Avenue to Hilliard-Rome Road. Spent all day yesterday looking for her at home and work with no luck. Please bring her home. She is still nursing and her mom has been frantic.

My husband and I spent six hours yesterday looking for her. She responds to my voice. We went into the creek and looked up and down it. We went up and down streets in the direction she was last seen. Last I saw of her on the camera footage was her crawling under my car about 70 minutes before I left for work. She’s not been seen since on any cameras or in person. There’s about 23 minutes left of footage I haven’t looked at yet. I am in a work meeting but will review it when I can. My fear is she climbed into my car and came to work with me. We went to my workplace and circled the parking lot too with no avail. I will also check my rear dashcam footage after I get back home.

Go around late at night calling them with food and flashlight to catch their eyes. Check around your neighborhood under houses and in small places where they may hide. Put stuff out that has yours and their scent on it. Mainly their litter box and sprinkle their used litter around the yard as they'll recognize the smell and it'll deter other animals from coming around. Hang flyers around for people to see. Check shelters and vets daily. Update chip info if they have a chip and its has not been update since a move. Ask neighbors to check in their garages incase they ended up trapped in one and to check their cameras in case they appeared on them to get a sense of direction they could be. I pray you get your baby back safe and soon.
