Chris Brunelle That would worry me, too. Hopefully someone has found him and taken him to a shelter or called animal control. 🤞🤞

Carol DeCola McDonald i’ve been in the area so many times with my other dogs because I figure if he doesn’t come to me, he’ll come to them. Or they’ll recognize his scent and there’s nothing which worries me all the more not to mention there’s been no more sightings of him.

If you haven't gotten him as of today, saturday,. You're going to have to go in the area where he has been seen and just call him, keep calling him, and wait. Maybe bring a trap with some of your clothing and his favorite toy or blanket in it and leave it there.

The problem is a lot of people are seeing him, but he won’t come to anybody and where he is animal control doesn’t go. I’m really at a loss of what to do.

Filter station road is a long road, but it sounds as if it's the part that runs south off of Rte 20 and ends at French's something or other. Sorry I can't remember the exact name. There's a horse farm around there, maybe he's there barking at them. I had a dog that stood barking, for what I was told was 3 hours, at a neighbor's horse who wandered into my yard while Iwas at work. God forbid someone should put her in the house, but I digress. I think there's also a veterinary office out there, too. Hopefully he's found quickly and safe.

Mary Blake That's kind of an accusatory question. Dogs are like toddlers in many ways including the ability to disappear in the blink of an eye. Even if you see a dog take off through an open door (or through a window screen in my experience) or gate, you can't catch them. Large dogs as this appears to be can sprint 15 - 30 mph. I can't sprint that quickly, can you?
